Company information and website operation

The most recent version of the Terms of Use will govern the services on i3 sites and will always be available on the i3 sites. By continuing to access or use this i3 site after any changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms of Use.

Personal data will be kept strictly confidential and will not be passed on to third parties.

In close cooperation with our hosting provider, we strive to protect the data(-base) against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or falsification as well as possible.

When you access our websites the following data are stored in log files: IP-address, date, time, browser request and general information transmitted regarding the operating system and browser. These usage data form the basis for statistical, anonymous evaluations, so that trends can be identified, by which we can improve our offerings accordingly.

Contacting users

Governing law / place of jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Swiss law and we and you each submit irrevocably to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
